About us

VISION

Yiannos Archontides  who is the owner and CEO of Excel Multiservices, had a vision. To start his own business in order to offer a range of services both for Businesses and Households. He wanted to provide services high in quality and in affordable prices.

Yiannos started his professional career working as an Operations Manager at his family business right after he graduated from the University where he studied Mechanical Engineering. During these years, he gained experience in Project Management as he was responsible for the cleaning of Mall of Cyprus for 2 years, supervising the cleaning crew and technicians for several other projects such as Bank of Cyprus, Reuters and Huawei.

He is a person that never stops learning. Being a Mechanical Engineer, he is urged in "getting his hands dirty". Even after all these years he still finds joy in working on the field by training the crew on the spot, leading them and supervise the quality of work.

In 2020, Yiannos founded Excel Multiservices in an effort to follow his vision, and since then he strives for Excellence.
